Cancellation /Refund Policies

• Payment for e-Learning courses is non-refundable.  

• A full refund of the course fee will be granted to individuals who cancel up to 3 weeks before the start date of a training session or if a replacement can be found prior to the start of the session.

• Registered participants who cancel less than 3 weeks before the start date of a training session or do not attend their scheduled session will be liable for the entire course fee. 

• Course fees retained by ITT may be applied to future training sessions within a 12-month time frame, starting from the first day of the missed session.

• A $300 rescheduling fee will be charged for cancellations providing less than 1 week notice before the start date of the originally scheduled session

• Registrants should not make travel arrangements until first having received a confirmation letter confirming their enrollment.

• ITT reserves the right to cancel any training session up to 2 weeks before the start date.

• Should ITT deem it necessary to cancel a training session, ITT’s liability is limited to the return of the course fee to the enrolled individuals.
