Large bore seal chambers extend seal life--lower maintenance costs
Enlarged bore seal chambers with increased radial clearance between the mechanical seal and seal chamber provide better circulation of liquid to and from seal faces. They also improve lubrication and heat removal (cooling) of sealing faces to extend seal life and pump uptime -- maintenance costs are lowered considerably.
